How can I see previous workouts and my history?

Here's how to see your workout history in Mumbells.

Tracking your progress is a great way to celebrate how far you’ve come on your Mumbells journey! Every completed workout, weight logged, and repetition performed is saved automatically inside the Everfit app so you can review your history anytime.

How to View Your Completed Workouts

You can access your full workout history in two easy ways:

Option 1: Via the 'You' Screen

  1. Open the Everfit app and tap the You tab at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Tap on Activity History.
  3. Scroll through your log of past workouts. You can tap into any completed session to view your sets, reps, notes, or workout ratings.

Option 2: Via the Training Calendar

  1. Tap the Coaching / Training tab to view your calendar.
  2. Tap the History icon in the top right corner of the screen to open your past workouts.

How to Check Progress for Specific Exercises

If you want to see how much weight you've lifted or how your strength has progressed on a specific exercise (such as squats or Romanian deadlifts):

  1. Go to the You tab and select Your Exercises.
  2. Search or select the exercise you want to check.
  3. You will see a breakdown and visual progress chart showing your weights and volume over time.

Checking Past Weights While Mid-Workout

You don't need to leave your current workout to remember what weight you used last time!

  • When you start an exercise, tap the History button next to the movement to see what you logged during previous sessions.
  • The app also displays faint grey placeholder numbers in the input boxes to remind you of your last recorded weights and reps.
