Can I request a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our workouts and resources, Mumbells does not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed and you've accessed the product.

What Happens When You Cancel?

While we cannot issue refunds for past charges or unused time, you retain full control over your membership.

• If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to the Mumbells programme and content right up until the very end of your current billing cycle (whether that is monthly, bi-annually, or annually).
• Your account will not renew for the next payment period, and no further charges will be taken.

Example: If your monthly billing date is the 10th of every month and you cancel on the 15th, you will retain complete access to all workouts until the 10th of the following month.
